Quality Wash

Who the Quality Wash Is For

The Quality Wash is our entry-level express wash, built for drivers who want a clean car without overthinking it. If you commute every day, park outside, or just want to knock off the dust, slush, and road film between deeper cleans, this is the wash to come back to again and again.

It's especially popular with Winnipeg drivers who wash often. In winter, a quick underbody flush every week or two helps get road salt off before it has time to sit. In summer, it clears dust, pollen, and light bug residue before they bake onto the paint.

How a Quality Wash Works at Northern Lights

Every wash runs through our self-loading conveyor, so there is no attendant to wait for. You pull onto the belt, put the vehicle in neutral, and relax while our soft cloth equipment does the work. Our vehicle monitoring system watches every car in the tunnel and triggers an emergency stop if it detects a problem, and the conveyor design lowers the risk of rim damage compared to older guide-rail systems.

• Soap: a high-quality soap application to lift dirt and grime from the exterior.
• Underbody Flush: rinses salt, sand, and debris from the underside of your vehicle.
• 9 Blower Dry: powerful blowers push water off to help reduce water spots.

After your wash, our free self-serve vacuums are yours to use, so you can finish the interior at no extra cost.

Quality vs. Great vs. Works

The Quality Wash covers the essentials. If you want more protection, the Great Wash ($24 single / $49.99 per month) adds an undercarriage wash, 3-step wheel cleaning, Rainbow Coat, and our 18-blower dry. The Works Wash ($32 single / $54.99 per month) adds rust protection, Red Hot Lava, hot wax, Ceramic Tru Pearl, and graphene coating for the longest-lasting shine.

Single Wash or Membership?

A single Quality Wash is $19. The Quality unlimited membership is $39.99 per month, so it pays for itself by your third wash of the month. Our license plate readers recognize members automatically, and you can buy, change, or renew your membership online without coming to the wash. Families save too: the first car is full price, then extra vehicles on your membership get 10% off.

Quality Wash FAQs

How long does a Quality Wash take?
It's an express tunnel wash, so you're typically in and out in just a few minutes. Our self-loading system keeps wait times low, even at busy times.

Does the Quality Wash help with road salt?
Yes. The underbody flush rinses salt off the underside of your vehicle. For heavier winter protection, the Great and Works washes add a dedicated undercarriage wash and, with the Works, rust protection.

Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Each membership includes its own wash and every wash below it, and you can change your plan online at any time.
