What are your hours?
We are open Monday to Saturday from 7am to 8pm and Sunday from 10am to 4pm. We are closed on holidays.
Where is Northern Lights Carwash located?
We are at 61 Nature Park Way, Winnipeg, MB R3P 0Y6, just south of IKEA near Kenaston Boulevard and Sterling Lyon Parkway.
How much does a car wash cost?
Single washes are $19 for the Quality Wash, $24 for the Great Wash, and $32 for the Works Wash. Unlimited memberships are $39.99, $49.99, and $54.99 per month.
What is the difference between the Quality, Great, and Works washes?
The Quality Wash includes soap, an underbody flush, and a 9-blower dry. The Great Wash adds an undercarriage wash, 3-step wheel cleaning, Rainbow Coat, and an 18-blower dry. The Works Wash adds rust protection, Red Hot Lava, hot wax, Ceramic Tru Pearl, and graphene coating.
How does an unlimited car wash membership work?
You pay one monthly price and wash as often as you like. Each membership includes its own wash and every wash below it. Our license plate readers recognize your vehicle, so you can drive straight in.
How do I sign up for or change my membership?
You can buy, change, or renew a membership online through our customer portal without coming to the wash. If you need help with your membership, email Info@nlcw.ca or call (204) 489-6529.
Do you offer a family discount?
Yes. The first car on a membership is full price, and each extra vehicle on your membership gets 10% off. The family discount does not apply to fleet or business memberships.
Are the vacuums free?
Yes. Every wash includes free use of our high-powered self-serve vacuums, and we also have a floor mat cleaning station.
How does the self-loading conveyor work?
Pull onto the conveyor belt, put your vehicle in neutral, and keep your hands off the wheel and feet off the brake. The conveyor moves you through the tunnel, so there is no attendant to wait for.
How long does a wash take?
We are an express tunnel wash, so most visits take just a few minutes. Our self-loading system keeps wait times low, even at busy times.
Is the wash safe for my vehicle?
Yes. We use soft cloth wash equipment, and our vehicle monitoring system watches every car in the tunnel and triggers an emergency stop if it detects a situation that could cause damage. The conveyor design also lowers the risk of rim damage.
Which wash is best for Winnipeg winters and road salt?
Every wash includes an underbody flush. For more winter protection, the Great Wash adds a dedicated undercarriage wash, and the Works Wash adds rust protection on top of that.
