Q. What is a soft touch car wash?
Q. Is soft touch safe for my car’s paint?
A. Yes — our equipment is designed to be gentle on modern clear coat finishes. The brushes are made of soft materials that safely remove dirt.
Q. Do I need to get out of my car?
A. No, you stay inside your vehicle while it’s guided through the wash tunnel.
Q. How long does a wash take?
A. Just over 2 minutes, making it fast and convenient.
Q. Do you offer unlimited wash memberships?
A. Yes, we offer monthly unlimited plans so you can wash your car as often as you like for one monthly price.
Q. What types of vehicles can go through the car wash?
A. We can accommodate most cars, SUVs, and pickup trucks. Oversized vehicles, dually trucks, or those with certain racks/attachments may not fit.
Q. Do you clean the inside of vehicles too?
A. We are an express exterior wash, so we do not provide full detailing. However, we have powerful self-serve vacuums available for interior cleaning, a mat washing station and microfiber cloths available!
Q. Is the car wash open year-round?
A. Yes, we operate in all seasons, including winter. Washing in cold weather helps protect against road salt and grime and summer washing keeps those bug splatters off your ride!
Q. Do you offer any promotions or discounts?
A. Yes, we do occasionally run specials or discounts, follow our social media here and check signage for when the time is near!
Q. Is there a contract for the monthly unlimited wash?
A. No you prepay for the month, so as long as you cancel before your next prepayment date, there will be no charge.
Q. How do I change my license plate? Or I got a new vehicle and want to update you guys?
A. You can email info@nlcw.ca, stop by the window in lane 1, or call us to change it!
Q. How do I change my credit card that the payment gets taken out on?
A. You can download our Wash Club app, use the email address you signed up with, and change it in the settings there. Or you can email, call or stop by lane 1 and we can help!
